REFUND POLICY
Refund & Return Policy – Gate Powersports
Thank you for shopping with Gate Powersports. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and return terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel an order before it ships or before any assembly work begins by contacting our customer support team at info@gatepowersports.com
If cancellation is requested after shipment, the returned item(s) must meet the return eligibility criteria below, and return shipping and restocking fees may apply.
2. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Products must be in original, unused condition, including original packaging, manuals, and all accessories.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Non-returnable items:
Assembled, installed, fueled, or used motorized equipment
Electrical items and components once opened
Performance parts, custom assemblies, build-your-own kits, and apparel
Special order or custom products
Items damaged due to misuse, installation, or improper handling after delivery
These conditions align with typical powersports and marine gear store return restrictions.
3. Return Process
Contact Support: Before returning any item, email info@gatepowersports.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Package the Item: Include a copy of your order confirmation or invoice, and clearly mark the RMA number on the return package.
Ship the Item: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise authorized.
Inspection: Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund eligibility.
4. Restocking & Fees
Returned products may be subject to a restocking fee depending on item type and condition.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for returns due to change of mind or incorrect ordering by the customer.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we may cover return shipping and restocking fees at our discretion.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 7–14 business days
after we receive and inspect the return. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time for the credit to appear in your account.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.
Take photos or video of the damage and contact support@gatepowersports.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Do not refuse the shipment without contacting support first.
We will work with you to resolve the issue through return, exchange, or replacement.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after it has been processed:
Check your bank or payment account for processing delays.
Contact your payment provider for additional information.
